These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alatic Clients website, products, software, and related services.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product sold through Alatic Clients, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Alatic Clients

Alatic Clients provides digital software products including Minecraft clients, visual modifications, utilities, tools, and related downloadable content.

Alatic Clients is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through Alatic Clients are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Products may include:

• Minecraft clients
• visual modifications
• utility mods
• configuration files
• downloadable software
• access to software or services
• licence keys or account-based access

Product features, supported versions, system requirements, and access periods are shown on the relevant product page.

3. Licence

Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, leak, share, or sublicense our software;
• upload purchased files to public download sites;
• share licence keys or authenticated accounts;
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass, or interfere with licensing or authentication systems, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove copyright, branding, licensing, or ownership notices;
• claim our software as your own;
• use stolen payment methods or fraudulently obtained accounts to purchase products.

A licence may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are materially breached.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, licence keys, and associated authentication methods secure.

You must notify us if you believe your account or licence has been compromised.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• sharing your credentials;
• malware already present on your computer;
• third-party account compromises;
• failure to properly secure your email or Discord account.

5. Software Compatibility

We aim to clearly state supported Minecraft versions and software requirements.

Minecraft updates, server changes, anti-cheat updates, operating-system updates, Java changes, or third-party modifications may temporarily affect compatibility.

We may provide updates where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee that every product will remain compatible with every future version indefinitely.

6. Minecraft Servers and Third-Party Rules

Different Minecraft servers have different rules regarding mods and clients.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is permitted on any server you choose to use it on.

Alatic Clients does not guarantee that the use of any software will be permitted by a specific server, platform, administrator, or anti-cheat system.

We are not responsible for:

• server bans;
• account suspensions;
• warnings;
• removed items;
• resets;
• restrictions imposed by third-party services.

7. Updates

Products may receive bug fixes, improvements, redesigns, compatibility updates, or other changes.

Features may occasionally be modified, replaced, or removed where necessary for security, compatibility, technical, or development reasons.

8. Availability

We aim to keep downloads, licensing, authentication, and related services available.

However, temporary downtime may occur because of:

• maintenance;
• hosting outages;
• third-party outages;
• software updates;
• security incidents;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Temporary interruptions do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorised transactions, abuse of payment systems, or deliberately false chargebacks may result in account suspension and licence termination.

10. Pricing

Prices may change at any time.

A price change does not affect an order that has already been completed.

Promotional prices, discounts, coupons, and pre-order pricing may have separate conditions or expiry dates.

11. Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-order may still be in development.

Release dates and feature lists for unreleased software are estimates and may change during development.

Where a significant delay or material change occurs, we may provide further information or remedies as required by applicable consumer law.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Intellectual Property

All original software, branding, graphics, designs, code, documentation, and other content created by Alatic Clients remain the intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing access to a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our website or services to:

• commit fraud;
• distribute malware;
• attack or disrupt our infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass authentication;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• abuse support staff;
• impersonate Alatic Clients or its staff;
• obtain products without valid payment.

15. Disclaimer

Software is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every modification or Minecraft version, or acceptance by every third-party server.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alatic Clients will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, legal obligations, or business practices change.

The current version will always be displayed on this page with its latest revision date.
